New ‘working from home’ resources

Given the current Coronavirus pandemic, many more people are working from home than ever before – most without prior experience.

This, combined with the sudden nature of the change and no fixed end point, can make for a challenging and anxiety-inducing experience.

We’ve added a page to our corporate website, summarising advice and tips for successfully navigating this enforced home-working situation: worklifepsych.com/workingfromhome. We’ll add content and resources to this page over the coming weeks.

It also includes a recording of a recent webcast I hosted, which you can view below. Whatever your present working situation, I hope you and your loved ones are keeping safe and well during this difficult period.
